Heart Evangelista is a vision in all-white as she attends this year's State of the Nation Address.

She is wearing a modern terno designed by renowned Filipino designer Jo Rubio. For her shoes, Heart donned a pair of peep-toe Louboutins and topped her look off with a dainty Ulyana Sergeenko purse.

As for her hair and makeup, she kept everything simple with a subtle smokey eye, nude glossy lip, and a straight middle part.
