Gary Valenciano gets sentimental over daughter Kiana's recording
Mr. Pure Energy Gary Valenciano could not help but get sentimental and have a “Father's Day hangover” from a video recording of his then four-year-old daughter Kiana singing in a recording studio.
Gary reposted the video from Kiana's TikTok account, saying that when he came across it and listened to the recording, he was reminded how blessed he is “to have been given two crazy boys and a princess like her.”
“It's roughly an 18-20min recording but Kiana posted a portion of it. I didn't know that Angeli was shooting this listening session. Thank you for posting this @kianavee,” he captioned his post.
He then expressed how much he loves and misses his daughter.
He then ended his post with a message to the viewers. “Hope you all enjoy sitting back and listening to the innocent voice of a 4yr old. It indeed was a happy Father's Day for me.”
The video shows Gary sitting in a recording booth while listening to himself and four-year-old Kiana singing "Maria" from The Sound of Music. It also showed Mr. Pure Energy laughing and enjoying the recording.
Kiana said, through the text on the video, that her mom sent her a string of videos showing her parents listening to a recording of her and her dad teaching Kiana how to sing.
Meanwhile, she captioned her TikTok post with “Bed time conversations, perfectly recorded. Happy fathers day to the best dad ever.”
