Alfred Vargas shares daughter Alexandra's come-from-behind win in swimming
Actor and politician Alfred Vargas was one proud dad when he witnessed his daughter Alexandra won a medal in one of the swimming races she participated in.
On Instagram, Alfred shared Alexandra's come-from-behind victory in a freestyle relay.
"It was a proud and victorious day for the whole family," he proudly wrote in the caption of his Instagram post.
"After just one month of school break swimming lessons, our children really did a lot about swimming!"
Aside from his daughter winning a medal, Alfred was happy that his children had a lot of fun in the swimming pool.
"What's mroe important to us parents is that they are now more comfortable and confident being in the water, and they have fun doing the sport weather for recreation or competition while learning the value of discipline and self-belief," he continued on Instagram.
"Seeing our daughters' fighting spirit was just inspiringly magical."
Alexandra is Alfred and wife Yasmine Vargas's eldest child, born on October 23, 2010. Their second daughter, Aryana Cassandra Vargas, was born on November 7, 2011.
Their only son so far, Alfredo Cristiano Vargas IV, was born on December 22, 2018. Alfred and Yasmine are currently expecting their fourth child.
