Camille Prats and her son, Nathan, made a vow to each other.
Kapuso actress and Mommy Dearest star Camille Prats reached another milestone with her firstborn, Nathan Linsangan, when they recently attended a purity ball.
Through this, the Kapuso actress instilled the importance of staying “pure” until marriage.
Camille shared a few snaps of her, together with Nathan and Ice Yambao on her Instagram, as well as some lessons they learned through the event.
“Oh, my boy you are indeed growing and I can no longer help it… But by God's grace, He has given us clear instructions on how we can walk with Him through His Word,” she wrote.
In her post, Camille said that she and Nathan took a vow: “To stay pure until he finds the one whom he wants to bring to God to spend the rest of his life with.”
She even joked, “Matagal pa yoooon thank God…”
Camille then shared a short prayer for her son, “Nate, I pray that God will impress it upon your heart the importance of staying pure in obedience to Him for as we say, obedience brings… blessings.”
“May your heart be blessed and be aligned to God's will for your life,” she continued.
She then ended her post with, “Love you forever boys. @nathanielcaesarr @iceyambao.”

Nathan, who turned 16 on January 24, is the son of her first husband Anthony Linsangan who passed away in 2011. Ice, who recently turned 20 years old on April 19, is the son of Camille's husband VJ Yambao.
Meanwhile, fellow celebrity parents Iya Villiana and Miriam Quiambao showed support to Camille's post in the comment section.
“Wow mars… these boys are going to be such a blessing to their future wives…” Iya wrote.
“Congrats Camille and Nathan! This is intentional parenting…,” Miriam posted.
A Purity Ball is an event where children take a pledge of abstinence, while their parents promise to help them keep this vow.
