Kiray Celis was heartbroken over the death of her sister-in-law, Jhen.
The Sparkle star and comedienne penned an emotional message for her late loved one on Instagram, along with their beautiful photo together.
She wrote in her post, “Jhen.. habang nag-iisip ako ng caption sa picture natin, kulang nalang maglupasay ako dito sa taping. Ang hirap pala mag-trabaho [kapag] nawalan ka ng isang taong mahal mo. Ako na bahala sa mga anak mo.”
The Against All Odds actress then promised her sister-in-law that she will do her best at work for her kids.
“Pangako mas gagalingan at pag-iigihan ko pa lahat ng work ko dahil sa mga pamangkin ko. 'Wag ka mag-alala, simula ngayon ako na tatayong Mama nila. Pahinga ka na Jhen. :( Mahal na mahal kita sobra sobra sobra! Mamimiss kita ng sobra sobra,” she continued.
The former child star then asked her followers to pray for her family to be stronger during this difficult time.
In the comments section, netizens extended their sincerest condolences to Kiray and her family.
Meanwhile, Kiray is a part of the cast of the upcoming primetime series Against All Odds, which stars Marian Rivera and Gabby Concepcion with Max Collins.
