Kapuso couple Megan Young and Mikael Daez happily unveiled they are expecting a baby boy, as they recently held an intimate gender reveal party with their friends and family.

Mikael shared on Instagram a short video of the get-together they hosted for the gender reveal of their first baby.

At the start of the video, both the Sparkle stars said their guess was a girl.

“I was thinking that 90% chance na girl. Pero ngayon, when I woke up, 80% chance na lang,” Mikael said, before they checked the photo of the result.

In his caption, Mikael said they set up their studio for the event and “asked everyone to come in either pink or blue,” depending on their guesses.

At the end of the video, Mikael and Megan, along with their two furbabies, popped the balloon to reveal to their loved ones that they are having a baby boy.

Megan and Mikael announced they were expecting their first child in a fun Instagram reel earlier this month.

“A new beginning for us. Bonez & Fofo & Baby Daez,” the Miss World 2013 wrote in her caption.

Megan and Mikael tied the knot twice in January 2020. The first is in Nasugbu, Batangas on January 10, and in Subic on January 25.
