Former beauty queen Precious Lara Quigaman is feeling blessed after she and her husband Marco Alcaraz received a wonderful blessing this month. Lara gave birth via C-section delivery Monday night, September 17.

In her Instagram post, the 2005 Miss International posted their first family photo with their son Tobias Nolan. “And then there were four. Thank you, Father God! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! #TheAlcaraz”

Lara and Marco have a five-year-old son named Noah.
