Benjamin Alves's dad passes away, actor flies home to Guam

Pumanaw noong Lunes, October 8, ang ama ni Kapuso actor Benjamin Alves na si Ebet Sapida. Natanggap ni Ben ang masamang balita habang nasa taping ng kanyang teleseryeng Kapag Nahati Ang Puso.

Ayon sa ulat ng Unang Balita, matapos ma-pack up ang taping ay dumiretso papuntang Guam si Ben para makasama ang kanyang pamilya. As of writing, wala pang balita kung ano ang sanhi ng pagpanaw ng kanyang ama.

Ramdam naman ang pagdadalamhati ng aktor sa social media. Ang profile picture ngayon ni Ben sa kanyang Facebook account ay larawan nila ng kanyang ama.

Isang post lang din ang laman ng kanyang Instagram account. Ito ay ang kanyang huling Father's Day greeting para sa ama noong June 17.

Aniya, "My dad is not expressive. For all the years I've been alive, I've only ever heard him say “I love you” a few times. But I know he loves me. I do.
