Heart Evangelista is ecstatic that she's finally with her family!

In an Instagram post she revealed that after flying out to China for a secret project, she was able to see her family once again. Her husband with twins Chesi and Quino went to China to be with Heart.

She said, "I've been waiting for this day for forever! I'm finally reunited with my family in China! I can't wait to spend a day with this bunch."
