READ: Abraham Lawyer has a sweet message for sister Michelle Dee

Abraham Lawyer surprised his elder sister Michelle Dee earlier today at her Miss World send-off party.

The reigning Miss World Philippines couldn't help shedding a few tears, even confessing that the invited press would get to see her ugly crying.

The 15-year-old tennis player and model turned on the mic and gave a sweet, funny, and heartfelt speech on how his sister has helped him navigate his career in the country.

Read Abraham's message below:

“I'm gonna say this in English because I can't speak one sentence in Tagalog. I also need notes because when I get nervous and I also tend to forget how to speak English.

“But, anyway, I wanna look back when I was an infant just learning how to walk.

“When you first learned how to walk, your parents are the ones who teach you, right? Well, my parents tried once and they were like 'Yeah, he'll learn.'

“So I asked, 'Who is there to help me?' They said, 'Well, your sister will be the one to help you out.'

“And I find this to be very influential.

“Michelle, taking the time off of her incredibly busy schedule to be my manager in BENCH/, being by my side while I'm here in the Philippines, always welcoming me in case times are tough.

“Oh, and believe me, if it's hard for her to do all these that she's doing right now, imagine having to deal with that weird, hyper, and stupid kid in the family.

“For example, when we're signing contracts with Bench my parents and I agreed to make sure I wasn't doing anything that had to do with me wearing a Speedo.

“And it was supposed to be about a day or less to do that. But I somehow made it like in a week and stuff. When I gave them the contracts I signed all of them the wrong way or I didn't even sign them at all. I just signed one paper.

“But later on, I was able to sign them properly.

“So, Michelle having to deal with me was like stepping on glass -- barefoot.

“But, anyway, I'm very happy to have a sister like her -- so smart, mature, amazing, caring, and I think we all agree that she's also very beautiful.

“And I love her so much.”

Michelle will be flying off to London and will be competing for the Miss World crown on December 14.
