Marian Rivera gives tip to mothers who suffer from postpartum depression

Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera has some tips and pieces of advice to mothers who feel insecure about how they look after giving birth.

Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera gave some tips to mothers who feel insecure about their appearance and body after giving birth.

Marian, who's a mother to four-year old Zia and 11-month old Ziggy, advised her fellow mothers to be proud of what they are.

Marian also stressed the importance of having a supportive husband, just like Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes.

“Naku, malaking factor ang asawa,” Marian shared.

“Kami kasi ni Dong, ano talaga kami, buo kami as a couple so alam kong palagi siyang nandiyan kapat may mga pakiramdam ako na nahihirapan ako, napapagod ako.
