Former Sherlock Jr. actress Alyana Asisitio showered her mom Nadia Montenegro with praises on Instagram as she celebrated her birthday last April 21.

In a lengthy post, Alyana expressed her gratitude to her mom for taking care of her and her seven other siblings every day.
She posted, "And now, It's for you @officialnadiam I don't usually post birthdays here but I don't mind sharing to everyone the person who carried me for 9 months inside her tummy and brought me to the hospital more than 5x for the accidents of my kakukitan.
"And has changed my perspective in life... HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY MOM! Thank you for waking up every day for all 8 of us. Thank you for doing your best to provide for all of us, Thank you for Being our mom and trying to be our dad too.."
Alyana also made a promise to her mom once the enhanced community quarantine is lifted.
"Words will never be enough to describe how amazing you are. I will forever thank God for you.. thank you for having a heart that gives and doesn't expect anything in return.
"I LOVE YOU SO MUCH! Bawi tayo after quarantine for our birthday!!! Please Take Time to greet my mama!"
Nadia Montenegro also received a sweet message from her good friend Gretchen Barretto via Instagram Story too.
