Celebrity mom Saab Magalona is feeling a bit emotional as she remembers the surgery of her baby boy Pancho Gerardo in 2018.

On her Instagram Story, Saab said that her journey with her baby boy has been a long one.
Both Saab and her husband Jim Bacarro have gone through some difficult time two years ago, since they also lost the twin sister of Pancho named Luna on February 8, 2018.
