Vicki Belo and Scarlet Snow bond over 'organic gourmet popcorn'
Celebrity doctor Vicki Belo is bringing on the good vibes as she bonds with daughter Scarlet Snow.
In a short video shared on Vicki's Instagram account, the mother and daughter tandem are seen making popcorn together.
The special popcorn recipe is from Vicki's friends and uses freshly-grated parmesan cheese to flavor the snack.
Vicki cooks 1/4 cup of popcorn kernels in two tablespoons of olive oil.
When the kernels have popped, she transfers them to a bowl and adds butter, salt, and grated parmesan cheese. She also adds powdered cheese.
"Actually, popcorn is not at all fattening. This is a great way to lose weight if you need to munch on something," Vicki says.
Scarlet tasted the finished popcorn and offered a suggestion to improve it.
"Good. You just have to put a little more cheese," she says.
The popcorn was also a hit with her dad Hayden Kho.
