Yasmien Kurdi mourns the death of her grandmother

Despite her sorrow, Yasmien Kurdi honored her grandmother Teyta Laila Maamari Kurdi in an Instagram post following the news her death.

She wrote: “I Love you so much, Teyta Laila Maamari Kurdi. Where ever you'll be, you'll always be in my heart Rest In Peace Grandma..."

In a separate post, Yasmien expressed that she will terribly miss her grandmother.

Several celebrities has offered their condolences to the Kurdi family too.

In an interview with the entertainment press last May, Yasmien revealed that they had to postpone their trip to Kuwait to visit her Lebanese father Mohammad Ezzedine Kurdi o Mike Kurdi due to COVID-19, which grounded all flights across the globe to stop the spread of the virus.
