Mikael Daez bids farewell to childhood family home in latest house tour vlog
Mikael Daez and Megan Young's latest YouTube upload features a house tour of Mikael's childhood family home where he grew up with his parents and eight other siblings.
This house tour of his took on quite a bittersweet tone because as it turns out, this was one of the last few times he'll ever get to see the place again since his family has sold their old home and is currently in the process of moving out.
As a way to relive his favorite childhood memories and finally bid farewell to the place, Mikael decided to film this house tour together with his wife, Megan. He thought that it would also be nice to have a video like this to share with their kids one day.
There, the Kapuso actor brought his followers around the house, sharing various stories and tidbits about memorable moments that happened in that area.
One of the memories Mikael thought to share was the time when his mom, Monique Daez, told him that she was pregnant with his youngest brother, Alvaro. He reenacted the "dramatic" scene with Megan who played the role of Mama Daez.
"The reason I was so shocked was because I knew that her OB already told her that she could not have babies anymore. So duh, hello? Who would not be shocked?" he recalled.
It seems like Mikael's not the only one bidding farewell to their homes. Recently, his fellow Love Of My Life stars Rhian Ramos and Carla Abellana also uploaded home tour videos on their channels before finally letting go of their old places.
