Sheena Halili on dealing with pregnancy stress: “Nakaka-help sa 'kin yun kumausap ng ibang mommies.”
Soon-to-be mom Sheena Halili gives useful information and comfort to fellow mommies who are having a hard time with their pregnancy.
Sheena announced that she is pregnant with her first child with husband Jeron Manzanero last June.
Since then, the Kapuso actress has been actively sharing her pregnancy experiences.
On Tuesday, November 17, the StarStruck alumna had a Q&A session on Instagram to answer some of her followers' questions.
One of them asked her how she coped with the stress of being pregnant during these trying times.
Sheena answered, “YES! At di maiiwasan. But nakaka-help sakin yun kumausap ng ibang mommies. Nagtatanong ako sa kanila.
“At palagi ako nagreport sa OB ko para ma-explain sa akin changes at masagot lahat ng questions ko bilang bagong mommy.
“Meditate, listen to relaxing music and talking to my baby.”
The celebrity mom also shared her thoughts about single women, who want to have a family of their own.
She advised them to enjoy their life being single for now.
She noted, “Kapit lang! Enjoy mo na lang muna ang pagiging single! Idiscover mo ano pang talent mo!
“Mag PAGANDA ka lang ng bongga. Sulitin mon a time mo with friends and family, wala kang dapat gawin!"
In addition, Sheena quipped that a person should also evaluate the qualities that one is looking for a future partner.
“Kasi sa tamang time makikilala mo siya. WAG KA RIN MASYADO CHOOSY! Check mo rin self baka OA ka sa pili nandyan na pala siya di mo lang binigyang ng chance.”
Everyone is excited that Sheena and Jeron will welcome their baby soon and it will be a girl, too!
