Paulina Sotto's then-and-now photo captures her transformation into a loving mother

After going through a tough year with a pandemic and giving birth, visual artist Paulina Sotto took a moment to reflect on the incredible change in her life now as a parent.

Paulina, the daughter of Eat Bulaga! pioneer Vic Sotto and Angela Luz decided to travel with her husband Jed Llanes and their baby Sachi Brielle to remember the moments last year when she was still pregnant.

She even uploaded on Instagram a then-and-now photo sporting the same swimsuit. In the first photo, she was proudly showing her baby bump while carrying Sachi in the next.

In her post on Instagram Story, she also shared why they decided to take a vacation now.

“Spent the last 6 months of my pregnancy and the first 6 months of Sachi's life in quarantine.

“So happy to finally (safely) get away for a while.”

Meanwhile, Jed Llanes also gave his followers on Instagram a sneak peek of their family trip in Amanpulo, Palawan.

He also stressed that despite the increasing number of COVID-19 cases in the country, he and Paulina followed all the stringent health and safety protocols for this vacation.

“We entered the lockdown last year with Sachi still in @paulinavls tummy. Now we're a family of 3. I don't know what I did to deserve such an amazing wife and daughter.

“All safety precautions were followed for this trip!”

Paulina Sotto and Jed Llanes tied the knot in January 2017 in an intimate wedding ceremony at Pico de Loro, Batangas.

After three years, the couple welcomed their baby girl on September 7, 2020-- Paulina endured 16 hours in labor before giving birth.
