Pops Fernandez: "Family, no matter what our situation is, is important, especially during times like these."
Pops Fernandez reminds fans and followers how important family is during this difficult time.
The Concert Queen posted a family photo with her former husband Martin Nievera and their sons Robin and Ram on Instagram earlier, May 28.
On its caption, the Centerstage judge revealed that her second son, Ram, experienced a health scare recently.
"Something unexpected happened to Ram last week. We had a scare.
"He was brought to the hospital and tests were done. We worried, we cried and we prayed... a lot!"
Pops, however, did not give any further details about it.
Then, she explained why she posted their family photo taken at the hospital.
The singer said, "I am posting cause Ram is recovering very well. We thank our family and friends who have prayed for Ram, and are continuously praying for him. We are so grateful and relieved."
Then, she noted, "It is true, Health is wealth. And family, no matter what our situation is, is important, specially during times like these. Prayers are powerful."
Pops and Martin have long been separated but the two OPM icons remained good friends and have done very well in co-parenting their children.
