Danica Sotto-Pingris took to Instagram her list of tips on how she deals with challenges such as the feeling of being overwhelmed.
The celebrity mom posted her beautiful serene photo, where she held a journal in one hand and a pen in the other hand, as she concentrated on the writings in her notebook.
She wrote in the caption: “1. I pause. I go to my bedroom sometimes sa bathroom at doon ako humihinga at nagdadasal.”
“Prayer is my most important weapon.”
According to Danica, she also reads the word of God through the Holy Bible.
“I journal and I go back to the verses that I've highlighted sa Bible because I know God's word will always encourage and give me strength,” she shared.
She also turns to her husband Marc Pingris, who comforts and guides her during challenging times.
“Masarap yung feeling na may nasasabihan ka. He comforts me but, at the same time, he also corrects me. Pag may mali din ako, he makes sure na alam ko at kahit masakit pa, he will speak the truth,” her post read.
“Hindi niya ako kukunsintihin. It's okay with me para ma improve ko ang sarili ko.”
Danica also finds help by talking to a close companion or family member to acquire good pieces of advice.
She continued, “I also talk to a close friend or relative. Yung alam ko she/he will give me good advice. Kahit a short convo lang on the phone.”
“I miss having coffee dates, too. It really helps when you know that there's someone who will be there to listen to you.”
In the comments section, Danica's followers expressed their own personal experiences due to the relatable post of the celebrity mom.
Recently, she also shared a hilarious TikTok video that showed her “revenge” on her husband.
Earlier this month, Danica and her family joined Pauleen Luna's inflatable pool party in her father's home and had a fun-filled family bonding moment.
