By Dianne Mariano

Celebrity moms Isabelle Daza and Anne Curtis-Smith shared their thoughts and experiences on breastfeeding in commemoration of World Breastfeeding Week.

Isabelle posted a series of photos, which show her breastfeeding moments with her adorable baby, Valentin, at random places.

The former Eat Bulaga dabarkad wrote, “Sometimes breastfeeding feels like you're a prisoner to your baby.

“But sometimes it also makes you feel like you have a unique connection.

“Either way the benefits of breastfeeding your child outweigh the saggy flat pancake boobs you have after.”

Before ending her post, she added #worldbreastfeedingweek.”

In the comments section, fans expressed their love and support for the actress and left many heart emojis.

As of this writing, Isabelle's post has more than 60,000 likes on Instagram.

Meanwhile, on August 8, actress Anne Curtis-Smith also shared a lengthy post about her breastfeeding journey.

The actress-entrepreneur wrote, “17 months of breastfeeding in some pretty random places. It wasn't easy”

“I had my own struggles (let's just say there was curling of toes & frozen cabbage involved -thanks mum) but it's an unforgettable first time journey so far. One I'll always cherish.

“All the little moments shared between her and I (hair pulling and biting included). BUT I also just want to share that there's one thing I wasn't aware of, that I kinda wish I knew.”

“When I started dropping feeds (when food became her main source of nutrients) my hormones started changing and I was just very quiet and felt somewhat melancholic..

“I didn't really notice it until Erwan called me out. Did myself some reading and learned that it's because of a drop of prolactin and oxytocin levels when you start to lessen feeds."

The celebrity revealed that she breastfeeds her daughter, Dahlia, two to three times a day, which helped her hormones not to change abruptly.

Anne also had a motivational message for breastfeeding moms and wrote, “To all the mummas who have had their own personal struggles with breastfeeding. You do you.

“You and your doctors know what works for your little one and will keep them happy, busog, and content.”

Other celebrities and personalities like Bianca Gonzalez-Intal, Angel Locsin, Zsazsa Padilla, and Karen Davila praised Anne for her meaningful story.
