Ciara Sotto shared a meaningful message for her parents, Senator Tito Sotto and Helen Gamboa, on their 52nd anniversary today, September 22.
In a post on Instagram, the celebrity mom uploaded a sweet photo of her beloved parents, whom she described as the perfect model couple.
