Juancho Trivino is now safely back home with his family just in time for the holidays.
The Kapuso actor spent 36 days in the taping bubble for the upcoming GMA series Little Princess where he will play Damien, one of Jo Berry's leading men.
On Instagram, Juancho shared their first selfie with his little family and photo of their welcoming fur babies after coming home from work.
He wrote, "The welcoming committee.
"Selfie agad pagk-gising dahil after 36 days, we are reunited a week before Christmas!!! Thank you my baby for the balloons @joycepring. Thank you Lord for all the blessings and sustaining us.
"Excited for Christmas!!! Let's go!! #TheTrivinos"
Juancho arrived home from his lock-in taping around 2 in the morning yet, his wife, Joyce Priing, had managed to pull off a sweet 'welcome home' surprise, as seen in this video.
According to Joyce, their son, Alonso Eliam, or simply "Liam," "serendipitously woke up for a nappy change just in time for his dada's arrival."
In the same post, Joyce shared her realizations after spending time away from her husband.
She said, "It feels pretty surreal to finally close this year's work chapter. Juancho had a total of 63 days away from home - so we are very excited to have him home with us, thankful to the Lord for sustaining and protecting our little family, and showing His faithfulness throughout this year.
Adding heart and praying hands emojis, she ended the caption, "What a ride. Welcome home, Dada @juanchotrivino #TheTrivinos.
Juancho and Joyce, who are former Unang Hirit co-hosts, tied the knot in February 2020.
They welcomed their first born, Liam, in July 2021.
