Rocco Nacino and Melissa Gohing happily announce, 'We are going to be Parents!'
"Mel is pregnant! Magiging daddy na ako at si Mel ay magiging isang mommy.”
Rocco Nacino excitedly announces his wife Meliisa Gohing's pregnancy on their YouTube channel called Life With The Nacinos tonight, May 7.
The 35-year-old actor continued, "It's bunch of good news for us, super happy kami. We've been trying for months.”
Melissa, on the other hand, talked about her pregnancy journey.
She related, “We've been praying for this for how many months kasi nagkaroon ako ng PCOS, which is the polycystic ovary syndrome, which means hindi ako nagiging fertile. Matagal na kami nagtatry for many months, hindi kami nakakabuo.”
Melissa added that she took a medicine to be fertile so that she can get pregnant.
“May tinake akong medicine para maging fertile ako, and yun, ito 'yung resulta. So for those who have PCOS as well, just consult your OB-Gyn, or just go your OB-Gyn and magpa-check kayo kung ano problema.”
According to Rocco, Melissa experienced dizzyness and cravings, which are common signs of pregnancy.
“Unang-una, nahihilo ako, tapos konting galaw lang, 'Bat ako nahihilo?' Tapos naging matakaw ako, parang I've been craving for food, ang dami kong kainain. Tapos 'yung pang-amoy ko, parang nagche-change na rin.
“Sabi ko, 'Uhm, maybe this is it.' So, I've been testing, may mga tinest ako 'yung normal na pregnancy test. Nag-start ako ng fourth day, before my yung schedule ng period ko, and mayroong faint line. But sometimes kasi, 'yung faint line na 'yun, parang false positive, so hindi pa ako masyadong nakukumpirmi non.
“So the next day, e, marami naman akong biniling test, so sabi ko, ginamit ko na kasi 'kung nabuntis ako, hindi ko na ito magagamit so sayang naman 'di ba?”

Rocco and Melissa began dating in September 2017. After more than three years, they exchanged their "I Dos" before a military chaplain while on board a naval warship.
