Northport Batang Pier guard Robert Bolick has confirmed that he has tied the knot with fiancée Cassandra Yu last March 2022. The two married in a civil wedding ceremony in Cebu City.
On the first day of 2022, the couple surprised everyone when they announced that they are already engaged.
In his Instagram post dated May 23, Robert shared some details of the intimate ceremony held in Cebu City.
He posted, “When the time is right, when the intention is clear, when the heart is ready, God will surely let you experience being loved by the person He prepared for you.”
“We would like to thank Mayor Michael Rama for presiding our intimate civil wedding in Cebu and special thanks to Vice Mayor @dhonts7 for accommodating us last minute and for being one of our sponsors at the wedding last March 22, 2022.”
But it seems not all of Robert's family approve or even know that he's already married. Based on several reports and posts on gossip blogs, his mother, Zeny Bolick negatively reacted to her son marrying Yu.
Spin.ph uploaded a screenshot of Mrs. Bolick reacting to a Philippine Star post about the wedding and said, “He got married without telling his parents what a shame I don't like this girl and she is not welcome in my house either in Ormoc or in the US.”
“I don't even know what kind of a woman she is he never introduced to us this woman.”
