Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray celebrates her father Ian Gray on Father's Day
For some people, their father acts as a hero in their life, and it looks like the same can be said for Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray who described her father as a “real-life superman” as she greeted him Happy Father's Day.
In a post on her Instagram account, Catriona posted a photo of her father along with a caption declaring her wish to celebrate the occasion with her father soon. The beauty queen also acknowledged “all the dads, father figures and fur-dads out there!”
Catriona is just the latest beauty queen on Instagram to shout out their father on Father's Day. Current reigning Miss Universe Philippines 2022 Celeste Cortesi also posted on her Instagram account remembering her departed father on Father's Day, along with the caption “To her, the name of father was another name for love.”
Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Rabiya Mateo also acknowledged her mother during Father's Day, expressing her desire to be at least half the woman she is as well as also greeting other single mothers a Happy Father's Day.
Current reigning Miss Eco Philippines Ashley Subijano Montenegro also greeted the two father figures in her life - her stepfather and her biological father Hans Montenegro.
Just like Catriona, Ashley shouted out all the “dads, grandpas, & father figures out there near or far.”
