What Drew Arellano and Iya Villania learned as parents to Primo, Leon, Alana, and Astro

By Maine Aquino

Celebrity parents Drew Arellano and Iya Villania shared their stories on raising three boys and a baby girl at home.

Drew and Iya are proud parents to four kids: Primo, Leon, Alana, and Astro.

In their recent podcast, they discussed their kids' choices when it comes to toys, the types of shows they enjoy, and how to have a gender-neutral environment at home.

Drew also talked about what they want Primo, Leon, Alana, and Astro to learn as they grow up. He said, "The values, knowing right from wrong. Being respectful to others, being mindful more than anything."

"Hopefully, these types of characteristics, mamo-mold sa bahay. Then I will feel comfortable to hear them out kung ano 'yung what they think is right and wrong," Drew added.

The celebrity couple revealed that Iya is more lenient when it comes to the kids' playtime and being adventurous.

Drew teased, "You don't love our kids! You just want them to feel the ipit sensation."

Iya answered Drew, "Kailangan mo lang buoin ang loob mo. I guess that's the magic between parents, we work together. Can you imagine paano na lang kung pareho tayong ganyan?"

Iya mentioned what makes her different from Drew's parenting style. The Kapuso celebrity mom shared the reason why they complement each other as a couple and as parents.

"In terms of accidents, I am chill. But, when it comes to getting heated, impatient, and being more understanding, that's more on you."
