Dennis Padilla pens a brief birthday message Julia Barretto in time for her 26th birthday.
Dennis Padilla wrote a short letter for his daughter Julia Barretto for her 26th birthday.
He shared a photo of him with Julia when she was just a baby and captioned it "Dearest Juy...a picture in my wallet for 26 years and counting...hope to see you soon. Happy birthday anak! Love you - Papa."
Dennis also included a handwritten note with a throwback picture of him and Julia.
"Dearest Juy...Happiiii 26th bday...Praying for more blessings...Labyu anak," he wrote.
Julia is Dennis's eldest child with ex-wife Marjorie Barretto. They have two more children, Claudia and Leon Barretto.
In June 2022, Dennis expressed his frustration over his kids' lack of communication with him during Father's Day.
Leon reacted to Dennis's statements with an open letter, "Is public sympathy really more important to you than your own children? Your words have the power to destroy your children, papa."
Dennis responded and said he just misses his children.
In September 2022, Julia broke her silence over the issue in a vlog where she addressed issues with her dad and the possibility of reconciliation. "I'm not sure if it can ever be the same again, but I do hope for healing and just ma-resolve."
Julia is currently traveling in France and Denmark with boyfriend Gerald Anderson.
