Kapuso actress and fashionista Heart Evangelista once again found herself in France for Paris Fashion Week

One of the first events that she attended was the high jewelry gala of luxury fashion house Chanel.

Heart chose to wear an eye-catching chartreuse dress for the occasion.

It was designed by her good friend Mark Bumgarner.
