Beauty Gonzalez slays the GMA Thanksgiving Gala red carpet wearing a statement necklace worth P8 Million!
Beauty Gonzalez was all about quiet elegance and luxury at the GMA Thanksgiving Gala in Shangri-La The Fort in BGC, Taguig.
The Fake Life actress kept it simple with a sleek black and white Mark Bumgarner dress, with beautiful pleated details on the waist.
To top off her polished look, Beauty wore a gorgeous set of heirloom pieces from Riqueza Fine Jewellery, a company specializing in vintage jewelry. She wore a "1930's Art Deco necklace, earrings, and a ring with Colombian Emeralds and diamonds set in platinum," which are worth over P15 million.
According to Beauty's stylist, Charmaine Palermo, who has been styling celebrities and doing fashion editorials for various magazines for many years, the actress knew exactly what she wanted to wear to the dinner.
"I had a wonderful time putting together this look for Beauty Gonzales for the #GMAGalaNight," Charmaine said in a message sent to GMANetwork.com.
"She knew exactly what she wanted for this ball. She asked me to style her a month ago and said 'Charm, I want a simple, classic, elegant look with a statement jewelry. I want to dress my age, and to have fun at the ball.'
"Our inspiration was the Old Hollywood Elegance of Elizabeth Taylor and Grace Kelly. And the style and grace of Princess Diana. We then went to Mark Bumgarner to have a custom dress designed, went through several ideas with him discussing how we want the dress to compliment the neckpiece."
Upon seeing the initial sketch from Mark Bumgarner, Charmaine and Beauty knew that it was the right dress to wear to the event.
"When he sent the sketch of this sculptural dress we knew this was the one.
It was perfect. Classic yet modern.
"We kept the make up clean and simple highlighting Beauty's natural beauty, hair pulled back, dark green nails to compliment the emerald stones and a minimalist black Stuart Weitzman strappy shoes.
"It was a joy to collaborate with Beauty, Norman, Mark and the rest of the team.
The best part was when I was walking down with her as she was about to leave for the red carpet. She said 'Charms, thank you for helping me with my look, I feel beautiful, I look my age, and I know I'll have a great time at the ball.'"
Beauty's fans and fellow celebrities also noted how beautiful and exquisite she looked at the gala, leaving positive messages and emojis in the comments section.
Aside from the glitz and glamour, the GMA Thanksgiving Gala also served as a fundraising event for the benefit of GMA Kapuso Foundation.
