Carla Abellana is daring in her latest photo and video shoot

Carla Abellana had participated in a new photo and video shoot and this one marked a meaningful event in her life as she went sentimental about it.

According to her latest YouTube vlog, it was taken coincidentally last October 23, one year after her wedding with her now-estranged husband, Tom Rodriguez.

"It was the only day that everyone in the entire team was available," she said. "Perhaps because of a more meaningful reason, we ask? Well, only God knows, really."

Carla said the collaborative shoot "was different from all others I've done" as she posed daringly for the camera.

"We meant it to be dark, deep, messy, brave and bare," said the Voltes V: Legacy star.

In one layout, Carla showed off her cleavage by only wearing a knitted jacket as her top.

"It was months in the making, but for very important reasons. Everything eventually fell into place and I still felt I wasn't ready to do it, but I just surrendered all control and anxieties and dove right in," the 36-year-old actress shared.

Carla may have looked seductive, but she cleared that she "was going to do it not for anybody else, but for myself.”

"I figured it was time to honor and celebrate ME. I thank God for my life and the very blessing that I am alive today," she added.
