A netizen commented on the photo of Karel hinting that the actress-singer underwent liposuction.

According to medicalnewstoday.com, it is a type of cosmetic surgery that breaks up and "sucks" fat from the body and often used on the abdomen, thighs, buttocks, neck, chin, upper and backs of the arms, calves, and back.

Karel replied back saying that it is physically impossible for her to undergo liposuction after her caesarian section.

She said, “Breastfeeding and still healing after a 3-week CS? I wish!”

“Kung pwede lang mag-lipo ng Titan para wala na ako loose skin why not. But I still plan to have another baby in a few years so I can't have that option - yet.”

Meanwhile, another netizen praised Karel for all her hard work to get back in shape after her pregnancy.

Karel Marquez and her husband Sean Fariñas got married in December of 2016.
