WATCH: Michelle Madrigal shares her extreme full body workout

Michelle Madrigal shared online her full-body workout on regaining her strength and core following her breast explant surgery.

In her Instagram post, Michelle shared a video of her mad exercise consisting of Bulgarian Split Jumps, decline pushups, mountain climbers with slides, db shoulder press, battle ropes and 30 seconds on 10-second rest.

She wrote, “Let's HIIT it! Full body workout! Regaining my strength and core post-surgery. Bulgarian Split Jumps, Decline pushups, Mountain climbers with slides : (not in video), Db Shoulder press, Battle ropes, 30 seconds on 10 seconds rest repeat 4-5x. This should get your heart rate pumping!”

Michelle and her husband Troy Woolfolk run Woolf Fit, an online training program for those who want to take their body at its full potential when it comes to being fit and healthy.

Michelle started training at the age of 21 doing kickboxing, crossfit and plyo workouts. After giving birth to her daughter Anika two years ago and after having a successful transformation, she decided to get certified as a Pre and Postnatal Specialist to help women get back to their pre-pregnancy weight.
