Ellen Adarna shares tips on how to lose post-pregnancy weight

Before giving birth to her son Elias Modesto, Ellen Adarna is known for being a sexy actress that captivated both guys and girls because of her enviable physique and oozing sex appeal.

Almost two years later after Elias's birth, Ellen is again showing off her figure in her latest Instagram posts to which she has labeled it as her “#mumbod.”

In the comments section, a fan asked the sexy actress what piece of advice she could give to moms to quickly slim down after giving birth.

Ellen replied, “I breastfed for eight months. I only started dieting and exercising one year and three months after giving birth.

“It took me a long time to recover. But I lost all the baby weight in less than two months by being strict and sticking to my diet, portions, and exercise.

“I did vegetarian for two weeks and am now a pescatarian.”

Coined in the early 1990s from the Italian word for fish, “pesce” and the word “vegetarian,” a pescatarian is someone who doesn't eat meat but does eat fish.

Aside from maintaining a regular diet, Ellen also regularly posts her jump rope exercise which is claimed to be a great calorie-burner that is not only good for the heart but it also strengthens the upper and lower body in a short time.
