Later on, she took a break from showbiz after becoming pregnant at 21.

She said in a recent vlog titled "My Fitness Journey - Stef Prescott" posted on her YouTube channel, "I was 21 years old. Medyo nag-stop bigla 'yung career ko.

"I focused on being a mom na and a wife. Since then, I had another son, he is currently two years old right now.

Stefany admitted that years of neglecting her body took a toll on her.

"In short, tumaba ako nang sobra. I gained so much weight during my pregnancies."

Currently, Stefany is on a journey to weight loss. Although she doesn't plan on getting her beach body again, she is focused on becoming healthy.

She has been posting her workout routine on her Instagram @stefanyprescott.

"It's not really gonna be a journey for too much na pa-sexy pero the main focus is on how I become healthy again," she explained.

Stefany admitted she's been trying to lose weight for years but kept straying off the path to fitness.

"It started when I gave birth to my first son, that was like six years ago.

She confessed, "I've been always re-starting my journey. Some of you may be able to relate to that.

"Of course, life happens, you become busy..." Stefany related.

"Minsan nangyayari talaga 'yun, you stop progessing, and then you have to start again," she added.

"Parang your old body, seems way too far from where you are now.

Stefany said she was around 120 lbs. when she was in showbiz. After giving birth to her first son, she started gaining weight.

Stefany admitted, "It took many years of neglecting myself."

"I'm always starting my journey over and over again and hopefully this time it sticks," she said.

Stefany also shared that a leg injury three months ago left her bedridden for a month, and this incident inspired her to get back on track to fitness once she can walk again.

"I've learned a lot along the way. I've found what works for me. I was in bed for two months.

"Tumatayo ako para umihi lang, I had to have crutches all the time," she said.

Then, she promised herself, "Once I start walking again, hindi na ako magpapabaya sa sarili ko."

It's been a little over a month since Stefany started another new fitness journey, this one, after her leg injury.

Her biggest challenge was working out at home amid the coronavirus pandemic with limited equipments.

"Since walang gym, everybody's inside, I thought of ways to stay active even just in the house."

"I also said to my husband I want to get a stationary bike. Para hindi siya masyado mabigat sa paa ko because I am still very heavy."

After religiously working out daily and eating healthy, Stefany is proud to show her progress.

"So far, I've lost 42 lbs or 19 kilograms."

Though Stefany was able to lose weight in a short amount of time, she doesn't recommend losing weight that fast to anyone.

"I don't recommend losing your weight that fast. But I think a lot of it [weight loss] was water retention as well."
