Stay fit at home with Rodjun Cruz's 5-minute LIIT workout routine

Stay healthy and fit while staying safe at home during the quarantine period with this five-minute workout routine.

Now that most people are always at home due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, many have unlocked new skills or worked on some projects that they've placed in the back burner for quite some time. And, there are also a lot of people who have used this time to work on their fitness.

If you've been thinking about joining the bandwagon of working out at home but fear you do not have the proper equipment, then worry no more because Kapuso hunk Rodjun Cruz shared his five-minute workout routine in Mars Pa More.

Rodjun's low-intensity interval training or LIIT workout routine consists of the following:

1. High knees
2. Butt kicks
3. Push-ups
4. Jumping air squats
5. Burpees

Do 10 reps for each exercise, with 10 reps per side for the high knees and butt kicks.
