Andi Eigenmann shares her prenatal workout routine

Andi Eigenmann hopes to inspire her fellow moms to keep a fit and healthy lifestyle during pregnancy by sharing her prenatal workout routine.

Andi is among the celebrity moms who promote doing exercises while expecting their child. However, she stresses that it is important to seek professional advice and permission from doctors if anyone wants to get into a prenatal routine.

She explained, “I am not a licensed professional and it's still best for you to consult one. And know that every body, every pregnancy, every person is different so the type of workouts that may work for each of us will vary. And that this isn't me telling you what to do or teaching you any thing.

"This is just me sharing with you what has worked for me especially after three pregnancies, and what makes my body feel good, and with my doctor's permission.

“You guys should also consult your doctors before hand, before beginning any physical activity. I do however hope to serve as, you know, a motivation and an inspiration for you guys to get your bodies moving just enough to be able to take care of yourselves and your growing baby.”

The expecting mom identified doing prenatal yoga, barre exercises, and strength training with manageable load as part of her routine. She also does doing abdominal breathing and kegel exercises.

Andi claimed that she prefers completing her workout in a short period of time so she can still attend to the needs of her girls, Ellie and Lilo.

To keep her motivated, she admitted to wearing activewear at the start of her day. She also keeps a fitness journal to track her progress as well as her nutrition.

Andi is expecting her second child with Siargao-based pro surfer Philmar Alipayo. She was 21 weeks into her pregnancy when she recorded her vlog.
