Looking for some fitness motivation?

Then look no further, because StarStruck finalist Stef Prescott is the one you need to inspire you to start your goal and achieve a healthier body.

The celebrity mom uploaded a before and after photo of herself on Instagram, showing how far she has come since she started working out.

According to Stef, achieving all of this was not an easy task, especially after suffering from a foot injury in February 2020.

Stef began, “This picture has been a significant measure of progress in my journey.

“When I took the picture on the left, I was scared. I felt way too far gone. I took it for the purpose of being a 'before' picture, but never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be here a year later.

“God tested me with one of the biggest trials of my life when I broke my leg on Feb 9th last year. He tested my faith and perseverance. He tested my trust in Him.”

She added that her fitness transformation wouldn't be possible, without God guiding her every step of the way.

Stef continued, “When my injury happened, I clung to Him alone. I knew He was teaching me that I couldn't do this on my own.

“I dedicated getting healthy for the sole purpose of His GLORY. Doing it for the looks will never be enough. You need to do it for a bigger purpose. We've been gifted with this life, let's live it for Him. #ProjectStef.”

Netizens posted many positive responses on her inspiring post including Daddy's Gurl star Angelika dela Cruz.
