How to cook banana bread in a rice cooker

Bananas are rich in potassium and fiber but low in calories, making it a popular food for those who are watching their diet.

Chef Beverly Ingal has a recipe for banana bread that uses yogurt instead of milk and uses honey as a substitute for sugar.

More importantly, you do not need an oven to cook it. You can actually use a rice cooker!

Aside from her no-bake banana bread, Chef Beverly also shared a recipe for flourless banana pancakes.
