Beef and chocolate is such an unlikely combination but this dining place in Makati is bold enough to put the two together in a burger.
The Choco Loco Burger from Foodever21 is definitely for the brave and adventurous palate.
Owner and Chef Gel Gutierrez says they make use of homemade patties using 100% beef and pile on cream cheese and chocolate sauce on the burger.
There is also a Pabebe version where one can have the option to add candy sprinkles and marshmallows.
