After making the usual Dalgona coffee recipe made with two tablespoons of instant coffee, two tablespoons of sugar, and two tablespoons of warm mater mixed until it reaches a frothy, light brown texture, Erwan tried using Milo and egg yolk for a different result.

He made a new Dalgona drink by using two tablespoons of Milo mixed with two tablespoons of warm water to make a Milo syrup and added one tablespoon of sugar and whipping cream. He poured the mixture onto a glass of milk with ice for a delicious Milo Dalgona drink.

For his third recipe, Erwan was inspired by the egg yolk coffee of Vietnam. He attempted to make a Dalgona version.

He pasteurized two eggs by heating the eggs on a pot of water on a stove at 140 degrees Fahrenheit for three minutes.

He then separated the egg whites from the egg yolk and started whisking ½ cup of condensed milk with the two egg yolks. He whisked the mixture until it was frothy and light. He made a cup of iced black coffee combined with the mixture for a Dalgona egg yolk coffee.
