Actor Robin Padilla showed appreciation for his wife Mariel for all her efforts in the kitchen.
He revealed that Mariel successfully made Spanish bread, one of his favorite childhood treats, after a day full of trial and error.
He adds that he is very touched by Mariel's efforts to learn the recipe for him.
"Maraming salamat babe sa napakapersonal na handog na ito," he wrote on his Instagram account with a picture of Mariel and her successful batch of Spanish bread.
A few days after, Robin shared a short video showing Mariel's multiple attempts at making the Spanish bread, as well as pandesal.
The video shows Mariel kneading dough on the kitchen counter while perched on a stepladder. The video also shows that she made several batches until she got the desired texture of the bread.
"Para na siyang clouds. Hindi mo na ibabato sa kaaway, sa kaibigan na," she said in jest.
