Richard Gomez shared a very easy recipe for beef salpicao, a dish he prefers to eat with a cold glass of beer.
Actor and politician Richard Gomez returns to his beautiful outdoor kitchen for another episode of his online cooking series Goma at Home.
He chose to share a quick and very easy recipe for beef salpicao.
Richard prefers to use tenderloin for his beef salpicao.
"'Pag luto nito, because it's a good meet, it's tenderloin, konting oil lang. Konting luto lang 'to. It's nice if it's medium rare," he says.
He also reminds his viewers not to overcook garlic, which is one of the ingredients which gives the dish its flavor.
"So here's the thing, before mag-brown 'yung garlic, dapat luto na rin 'yung beef natin. Huwag mong hayaan na ma-overcook 'yung garlic natin. Otherwise, it will be too bitter," he explains.
