Alice Dixson

Because she loves taho, Alice Dixson learned how to make it from scratch.

Actress Alice Dixson is back in her kitchen for another culinary experiment.

This time, she tried making taho from scratch.

"Why am I making this? It's because super love na love ko ang taho even when I was a little kid. And also, my mom really loved it. But we never knew how easy it was to make at home," she says in the beginning of the video.

Alice also admitted that while the steps are easy, it was very time consuming.

She first tried to cook taho in a rice cooker but the texture did not turn out too well.

She made another batch using a pot instead of a rice cooker, resulting in a better texture.

"Good news and bad news. The bad news is, hindi maganda ang kinalabasan sa rice cooker, as you saw earlier. Pinakita natin 'yung texture, hindi maganda. We tried to find a way that it would be better at ito naman ang kinalabasan using the pots," Alice explains.
