Greens
Greens is a plant-based restaurant in Quezon City, which has been serving healthy food options to Filipinos since 2001. Part of their menu is the mushroom tofu burger priced at PhP150.
They recently expanded the coverage of their delivery service to other parts of Metro Manila such as San Juan, Mandaluyong, Manila, Pasay, Makati, Taguig, Pateros, Pasig, Marikina, Rizal, Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, and Valenzuela.
The Grand Kitchen (Grand Hyatt Manila)
Grand Hyatt Manila's The Grand Kitchen has a scrumptious vegan burger called Beyond Burger. It's made with plant based Beyond burger patty, dairy free cheese, pickles, red onion, plant based mayonnaise, dairy free bun and priced at PhP750.

Zark's Burger
Zark's Burger recently unveiled their lip-smacking V-Burger, which is made with Veega plant-based patty, cheddar cheese, brioche buns, tomato, lettuce, and garlic ranch sauce.

Sweet Ecstasy
Popular burger joint Sweet Ecstasy has brought back their Beyond Ecstasy Burger to cater to new plant parents who also converted to veganism during the lockdown. You can conveniently order their vegan burger on GrabFood and FoodPanda.
Pipino Veg
This Filipino restaurant in Malingap, Teacher's Village in Quezon City serves 100% plant-based food and their vegan burger offering is the Garbanzo Burger priced at PhP295.
