RECIPE: Seafood Lomi ala Chef Jose Sarasola

The days and nights are getting colder as Christmas approaches, so keep yourself and your dearest warm with a healthy and comforting soup dish, like Chef Jose Sarasola's Seafood Lomi.

Chef Jose's Seafood Lomi is easy to prepare. It has noodles, seafood, chicken liver, and veggies in it, so it's already a complete meal in itself.

It's perfect to serve for your seafood-loving dear one during bed weather days when all you want to do is either sleep or have a warm bowl of soup.

Below are the ingredients and procedure on how to make Chef Jose Sarasola's Seafood Lomi.

Ingredients:

Chicken liver
Squid
Shrimp
Carrots
Cabbage
Chicken stock
Lomi noodles
Salt
Black pepper
Garlic
Onions
3 eggs

Procedure:

1. Saute the garlic and onion.
2. Add the chicken liver.
3. Add carrots.
4. Add the chicken stock and let it boil.
5. Add lomi noodles and cook for five minutes.
6. Add the shrimp and squid.
7. Add cabbage.
8. Add three eggs and mix well.
9. Season with salt and pepper.
10. Give it one final mix and serve.

Che Jose says you shouldn't cook the chicken liver too long because it may become tough, and it's best to cook the seafood over low flame.
