There are a lot of things people can learn from Arnold Clavio's health scare that changed his life.

In the evening of June 11, when he was driving home from a golf game, the GMA Integrated News pillar shared something was off and he felt some numbness in the right side of his body.

It was later found out after some tests in the hospital that Igan suffered from a hemorrhagic stroke.

Arnold recounted the incident in an interview with Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho, detailing what happened on June 11 .

“Bigla na lang lumamig ito, right arm ko. Malamig siya na mabigat. Erratic yung drive ko, ano 'to?” Igan shared to Jessica.

“Hindi ko na matapakan 'yung brake, 'yung gas. Tumatagos 'yung paa ko. Sabi ko, hindi ko gusto 'to nangyayari. So, ite-text ko si Ina. Naku! Iba-iba ng letra na nasa cellphone, hindi na ako makabuo ng sentence.”

The TV and radio broadcaster added, “Tapos kita ko 'yung speedometer ko parang ang bilis ko, hindi naman ako tumatapak . 'Yun pala natatapakan ko siya nang mabilis. Pinipilit ko mag-brake, pero ayaw mag-break. Kailangan ko ma-break ito, kasi makaka-disgrasya talaga ako.”
