That is why some celebrities are standing up to these unfair comments by telling everyone that they, too, deserve respect from other people.

A little weight gain here, or one unflattering photo there, and these celebrities will be crucified on social media. With that, celebrities learned how to use their platforms to share the message of body positivity.

Kris Bernal

Kris Bernal is a victim of body shamers for her petite frame. She emphasized that women should appreciate every part of their body and just focus on improving their health through exercise, instead of worrying about what other say about their bodies.

Kylie Padilla

After giving birth to Baby Alas Joaquin, Kylie Padilla was called out by some netizens because of her weight gain. Instead of lashing back at her bashers, the celerbity mom responded with a body positive message to encourage people to be confident in whatever body shape they're in.

“There is no sin in being confident no matter what size, shape, color even race you are. Don't let people shame you. Ok I have said my piece so peace bye!”
