In her latest Instagram post, Lauren talked about the huge life changes she made at the start of the year which had a positive impact on her current happiness.

Lauren wrote: "The start of 2019 I decided to upgrade my life by downgrading. I sold my car, moved back in with family, stopped shopping, and spending excessively on going out and material things I didn't need.

"What I've learned is that I may not travel as much as most and have expensive things at arms length but at this moment I have never felt richer.

"My attitude has changed, my goals are slowly getting reached, and my dreams are even bigger: to be content with what I have and make do with the things already available to me."

Another reason why the actress is loving life right now might be because of her new beau, Toby Panlilio, who she became "Instagram official" with last March 2019.
