Aside from improving your flexibility, practicing Yoga can also help you relax your mind and de-stress after an 8-hour shift.

We've listed down seven yoga studios in Makati that are open until office hours in case you wish to try.

Bliss Yoga Manila

This yoga studio has Vinyasa and Core Flow classes, perfect for breathing and posture. They also offer Jivamukti and Yin Yoga for meditation.

A single class at Bliss Yoga Manila cost 498 pesos while unlimited classes start at 1,298 pesos.

Bliss Yoga offers different classes from Mondays to Sundays as early as 6:30 a.m.

Yoga Hive's class starts at 550 pesos for a single class and 1,400 pesos for a one-week unlimited pass.

Barre3 Philippines branch in Rockwell offers classes until 6:45 p.m. during Mondays and Wednesdays. Every Tuesday and Thursday, their last class starts at 7:30 p.m. On Fridays, they only have two sessions at 11:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
